Based on the growth strategy, we create a 90-day plan which includes a clear set of objectives and key results for the coming quarter. Objectives ensure that you are aligned with strategy and key results create clear, actionable tasks to measure progress.
After the plan in set and launched, we set a series of milestone and schedule follow up calls to check on progress. During each call we discuss what's working, and what's not, and tackle obstacles and challenges so that we can assure success.
