Coaching Call Scheduler
Coaching Call Policy
Prior to scheduling a call you must fill out the coaching call scheduler and enter the information on that form. Calls scheduled without a form being filled out will be canceled. Here is the link to the call scheduler:
Coaching calls are scheduled for 30 minutes using the online booking system and will generally last 25 minutes. Calls will end five minutes before the hour or half-hour depending on the start time to accommodate schedules. Time slots are limited and is recommended that you book yours in advance to get your preferred times. If you cannot find a time in the system within the next two weeks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and see what other arrangements can be made.
Calls can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule a call, you must cancel your current call via the booking system and then rebook. Call will not be rescheduled via email. In the event that your call is not cancelled prior to 48 hours before your scheduled call time, that call will be considered used and count against your program/plan. If you will be late or can’t make a call within the 48 hour period, please email email@example.com and let us know and well will do our best to reschedule your call, however this is not guaranteed and should not be expected.
