Rigorous Process

We carefully structure and facilitate our retrospectives to gather data, develop insights, find possibilities, and commit to measurable change. Without a clear plan you won’t be able to achieve your goals or make the right improvements.

Safe Environment

We create a safe environment, free of blame and shame, and ensure that all of the data is on the table so that we’re able to take a true and sober look at performance to find the core issues that need to be addressed. If people don’t feel safe, they won’t be willing to be vulnerable.

Action Bias

All of our retrospectives conclude with specific and measure action steps and clear commitments of accountability by owners. Like most meetings, retrospectives are only as good as the decisions that are made and actually implemented.
