Strategy Call

Request a Strategy Call.

A strategy call is a 30 to 45 minute working conversation about where your company is, what is in the way, and whether working together makes sense. This page explains how the process works and what is needed from you. The request form is at the bottom.

Length
30 to 45 minutes on video. Enough time to get into the real problem, not just the background.
Scheduling
Times are offered personally by email, chosen to fit your calendar and time zone.
Response Time
A reply within 24 to 48 hours, with suggested times and a few questions to make the call count.
Getting Started
Only three fields are required: first name, email, and what you want to talk about.
Strategy Call: How It Works

Five Steps From Request to Next Steps.

The process is built so both sides get real value from the time. If a structured read on where the company stands is a better starting point, the assessments are the other way in.

  1. 01

    Request the Call

Fill out the form below with a little context on your situation and what you want to work on. Every request is read personally before anything is scheduled, and times are offered by email to fit your calendar, so there is no booking tool to wrestle with.

  2. 02

    Prep Before the Call

A few questions arrive ahead of time, along with a request for any documents that would help. Your answers mean the call opens on the real issue rather than on background, and both sides come in ready to use the time well.

  3. 03

    The Strategy Call

Thirty to forty-five minutes on video covering where the company is, what is getting in the way, and what you need next. It is a working conversation, not a sales call, so expect to be pushed on your thinking.

  4. 04

    Written Follow-Up

A written read on the situation, a few ways forward, and the questions worth sitting with. It is built to be useful on its own, whether or not anything else happens after the call.

  5. 05

    Follow-Up Call

A short second call to talk through the follow-up and decide next actions. This is where a fit becomes a plan, or a better route elsewhere becomes clear, with a straight recommendation either way.

Strategy Call: Requirements

What the Call Needs From You.

The call works best when both sides come prepared. None of this takes long, and it means the hour goes to the actual problem.

  • Context in the Form

A few sentences on what you are trying to do and what is in the way. It is the one required question, and it is where the call starts. The more specific you can be about the situation, the decision in front of you, or the outcome you want, the more useful the conversation will be.

  • Answers to the Prep Questions

A short set of questions arrives by email before the call, covering the company, the team, and the problem as you see it. Answering them takes a few minutes, and it means the time on the call goes to the problem rather than to background.

  • Background Documents, if Useful

Anything that helps explain the situation, such as a current plan, an org chart, or a recent board update. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Nothing here is required, and everything you send is kept confidential.

  • Uninterrupted Time

Thirty to forty-five minutes on a video call, somewhere you can think and talk freely. Treat it as a working session rather than a call squeezed between meetings, and you will get far more out of it.

  • A Fit for the Work

The call is built for founder-CEOs and senior leaders of growth-stage companies working on their team, their strategy, or their exit. If you are not sure you fit, request anyway and say so. If someone else is better placed to help, you will be pointed there.
