What this site is for
This site explains our coaching programs, shares our writing and tools, and lets you get in touch. Everything here is general information for founder-CEOs and leadership teams. It is not tailored to your company or your situation.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Exit planning in particular touches all of those areas. Before you act on anything you read here, talk to the qualified advisors who know your situation.
Reading this site, taking an assessment, or having a strategy call does not create a coaching or advisory relationship. That only begins when we both sign an engagement agreement.
The assessments
The readiness assessments are self-assessment tools. Your scores reflect your own answers. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis or a valuation. Use them that way.
Pages that need an access code
Some pages, including The Playbook and the Springboard Toolkit, open after a free registration. Your access code is tied to your email address. If a colleague would find a tool useful, send them the page and they can register for a code of their own.
Worksheets and downloads from these pages are for use inside your own company, with your own team. You may not resell them, repackage them, or use them to deliver services to clients without our written permission.
Media kit materials
The bios, introductions, headshots, and book cover on the media kit page may be used to announce and promote an appearance by Bruce Eckfeldt. Please use the bios as written and do not alter the photos, beyond cropping.
What you send us
When you use a form on this site, please give accurate information about yourself. Do not send anything you are not allowed to share, such as another company's confidential information. How we handle what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Who owns the material
