Is Your Business Really Ready to Grow?
Rate your company across the six drivers of scaling, from core purpose to cash. Twenty-four quick statements, about ten minutes, and an instant read on where you are ready to grow and where you are not. No email needed to see your scores.

- Statements
- 24 short statements across six drivers, mixed rather than grouped on purpose, so each one gets answered on its own.
- Time
- About ten minutes. Each statement is scored from zero to ten, and your results appear the moment you finish.
- Scoring
- Each of the six drivers totals its four statements, so it scores out of 40. The total runs to 240.
- The Report
- A written report on request, read personally, with the priorities to focus on and a 90-day plan.
How Does Your Business Measure Up?
Answer based on your company as it is today, not as you wish it were or as it was six months ago. Score the business as a whole rather than any one team in it, and go with your first read instead of building a case for a number. If you are torn between two scores, take the lower one. The gap you are hedging about is usually the real signal.

Questions Founders Ask About the Growth Readiness Assessment.
Straight answers on what the assessment measures, how the scoring works, and what to do with the results once the scores are in.
What does the Growth Readiness Assessment measure?
It measures how clear and aligned the company's strategy is across the six drivers of scaling: core purpose and values, people, strategy, execution, cash, and planning. The scores show whether the leadership team is executing one plan or quietly running several, where focus is leaking, and which driver is most likely to stall growth over the next twelve months.
How long does the assessment take?
About ten minutes. There are 24 short statements, mixed rather than grouped by driver, and the scores appear the moment the last one is answered, with no email needed to see them. Score the business as a whole rather than any one team in it, and go with your first read instead of building a case for a number.
How is the assessment scored?
Each statement is rated from 0 to 10, where 0 means not true at all and 10 means completely true. The four statements in each driver add up to a score out of 40, read in bands of 8 from weak to strong, and the six drivers add up to a total out of 240. The pattern across the six matters more than the total, because the lowest driver is usually the one to work on first.
What is in the full report, and is it free?
Yes, the full report is free. It is a written analysis, read personally and personalized to your answers, covering all six drivers, the current strengths and weaknesses, the priorities to focus on, and a 90-day implementation plan. Request it with a name and email after scoring. It takes a few days because a person reads every one.
Should my whole leadership team take it?
Yes, that is where it is most useful. When each leader takes the assessment separately, the gaps between their scores show where the team is not working from the same plan, which is often more revealing than any single score. A founder-CEO taking it alone still gets a clear read on which driver is capping growth, and a good starting point for the conversation.
What should I do with my results?
Start with the lowest-scoring driver, since that is usually the one capping growth. When the scores show strategy is the constraint, ROADMAP12 is the strategic planning program that fixes it. A strategy call is the place to talk through the scores, and Clarify Your Strategy covers the wider work of setting a growth strategy the team can execute.
