How Does Your Leadership Team Measure Up?
Answer based on your leadership team as it is today, not as you wish it were. Score the team as a whole rather than any one person, and go with your first read. If you are torn between two scores, take the lower one. The gap you are hedging about is usually the real signal.

Questions Founders Ask About the Team Readiness Assessment.
Straight answers on what the assessment measures, how the scoring works, and what to do with the results once the scores are in.
What does the Team Readiness Assessment measure?
It measures how ready the leadership team is for the next stage of growth. The 24 statements cover six areas: shared values, clear roles, how decisions get made, healthy conflict, accountability, and results. The scores show where accountability is unclear, which gaps will slow the company down first, and whether the team can carry more of the company.
How long does the assessment take?
About ten minutes. There are 24 short statements, mixed rather than grouped by area, and the scores appear the moment the last one is answered, with no email needed to see them. Score the team as a whole rather than any one person, and go with your first read. If you are torn between two scores, take the lower one.
How is the assessment scored?
Each statement is rated from 0 to 10, where 0 means not true at all and 10 means completely true. The four statements in each area add up to a score out of 40, read in bands of 8 from weak to strong, and the six areas add up to a total out of 240. The pattern across the six matters more than the total, because the lowest area is usually the one to work on first.
What is in the full report, and is it free?
Yes, the full report is free. It is a written analysis, read personally and personalized to your answers, covering all six areas, the team's strengths and weaknesses, the priorities to focus on, and a 90-day implementation plan. Request it with a name and email after scoring. It takes a few days because a person reads every one.
Should the rest of my leadership team take it too?
Yes. A founder-CEO's view of the team is one data point. When every leader scores the team separately, the differences between their answers show where expectations are misaligned, which is often the most useful finding. To rate your own skills as a leader rather than the team's, take the Leadership Readiness Assessment as well.
What should I do with my results?
Start with the lowest-scoring area, since that is the gap most likely to slow the company down first. When the scores show the team itself is the constraint, LEADERSHIP360 is the leadership team development program that rebuilds it. A strategy call is the place to talk through the scores, and Build Your Team covers the wider picture.
